With three rescue dogs who come with all manner of behavioral challenges, you are patient and kind at every visit. Dr. G has done everything from extensive dental work to routine exams, and I always share with you how much I appreciate your professionalism, compassion and exemplary customer service. I feel at home with you all, and so do my "pups. " I can't imagine going anywhere else, and if you're reading this review, make Dr. G and her team YOUR team. If you're like me, your pets are a loving part of your family, and this is exactly how Dr. G and her team treat you.. like family. I love you guys! :).

Message: Took our new Husky to see Dr G today and we were so impressed with everything about our visit! We are new dog owners, too. Dr. G and tech Kim took the time to answer all our questions while fawning over our cute puppy. We look forward to having such great care for Shilo for many years to come.

Message: The best vet I've ever been too! 100% up front, honest and most knowledgeable ever. I moved from the area and will not switch to another. I drive over an hour to take my Rottie. We love this place from staff to Doctor!

Message: This is my new favorite veterinarian! They allowed me to make a first-time appointment on the same day without charging me an arm and a leg or making me wait 6 weeks. In fact, the first visit there is no office charge! The staff is experienced and compassionate. I will be bringing all of my pets there from here on out.

Message: This office is amazing. First visit is free and really eased my mind when dealing with my puppy’s happy tail situation. Affordable, professional quality and thorough. I will definitely be back.. Not sure of the bad reviews but can’t please everyone. I saw those and still decided to come, and I’m glad I did.

Message: Doctor G, Ms. Rachel and the rest of the staff are sincerely the best! In all the years I have had pets, I have never felt more comfortable with the care of them as I do at 9-Tel. They are an asset to local rescue groups, affordable, caring, resourceful and reliable. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to choose them as my vet for as long as I have pets!

Message: Without a doubt, the best vet I’ve ever had. Dr. G is very very good about explaining things in “normal” words vs doctor speak. I’ve had some really good vets in the past (and doctors for that matter) that I had no idea what they were talking about until I got home and could Google the entire conversation. Dr. G makes sure that you understand completely before you leave. She knows her limits and when to call in a consult but doesn’t believe EVERYTHING needs a second test/approach and more bills.. Staff is unbelievably responsive and really good with patients - both animal and animal parents. Prices are beyond reasonable. They do their best to get you in same day if needed.. As long as she’s in business, I’ll never consider going anywhere else.

Message: The poor furry baby my husband found eating out of a dumpster was not neutered and had a hernia. We took her to 9 Tel Animal Hospital, where she was neutered, had her hernia repair and was chipped. She is doing great. The staff was kind and took great care of our new furry grandbaby.
